Out of My Mind

So the Jews are agents for Christ, Muslims are not? Is that the point? Why is a united Jewish Israel necessary but (hypothetically) Islamic unified Palestine bad? I don't get it. Shouldn't the Bibical state be Christian? God forbid a Jewish leader do anything vis a vis the Jewish state -- obviously.

(This is of course all rhetorical; I wouldn't expect anything lucid from Rev. Derangeo.)

Robertson Links Sharon Stroke, God's Wrath

NORFOLK, Va. -- Christian broadcaster Pat Robertson suggested Thursday that Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's stroke was divine punishment for "dividing God's land."

"God considers this land to be his," Robertson said on his TV program "The 700 Club." "You read the Bible and he says `This is my land,' and for any prime minister of Israel who decides he is going to carve it up and give it away, God says, `No, this is mine.'"

Pure scum.
