If the administration in fact does not believe in a system of law, what would stop W from running for a third term?

Slap with a noodle: I had read about this and it then completely slipped off my radar.
Question still is whether the administration would bother with an amendment to the Constitution or just put W back up for re-election in 08. Favorite scenario is they use the eternal "war" on terror as a basis for suspending that provision.
