Here's the headline:
It is actually just totally wrong.
The terrorist-enabling-governtment-owned is still buying the entire Brit company. What it has decided to is to give up actual management for the US ports to an unknown entity for an unknown period at an unknown price and presumably the control can revert to Dubai Ports at an unknown time under unknown circumstances.
And don't feel bad for W.; he and the administration did what they could to support a terribly wrong deal for which they will be rewarded by the oil sheiks soon enough.... Which is what this was all really about: earning some future payoff in exchange for an albeit minor security risk. When everything is said and done, no matter how great a nutjob, everyone in this administration is in it for the money; their personal wealth is what's paramount....
