Why This Wasn't on Page 1....
A news producer has actual political opinions that don't intefere with his job. And gets suspended. For the wrong beliefs.... And if they were the right beliefs (no pun, etc.), does anyone believe he would haven't have been punished with anything worse than a toothless adominition?
Somehow, though, the Times failed to put this on the front page but better write-ups are here and here and even here.
What a vile world the wingnuts have created.
But what else do traitors do?
P.S. The Times carried the story days later than the rest of the world.
And a good write-up is here.
And how did the Times fail to run a piece on the wedding of the next Katie Couric, courtier Campbell Brown, to a mini-Abramoff? Not that that relationship would, you know, affect Brown's journalism, as it were, in any way, of course. It's leftism; that's a cancer that makes people do crazy things. Like refuse to be a water carrier (although Green certainly didn't semm to fail to do his Big Media job...).
